These terms cover your use of Visiyon Studio (this site) and the connected generation tool at ai.visiyon.com. By using either, you agree to the terms below.

The service. Visiyon Studio provides access to third-party image and video generation models (currently GPT Image 2, Flux 2 Pro, and the Kling 3.0 / 2.6 model family) through a single interface, routed automatically based on the tool and tier you select.

Accounts & credits. Generation happens on ai.visiyon.com, where you create an account at no cost. Generating images or video requires credits, purchased in packs — there is no free generation allowance. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Your content. You're responsible for the prompts and reference images you submit, and for the outputs you generate. Don't submit content you don't have the rights to, and don't use the service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or intended to harm others.

Ownership of outputs. Subject to the above, images and videos you generate are yours to use, including commercially. Underlying model providers' own usage policies may add further conditions for specific models.

Availability. Models are provided by third parties and may change, be added, or be removed over time. We aim to keep this page accurate but the live model list on ai.visiyon.com is authoritative.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
